Growth Pamindo is in the market for buying steel scrap.
We require trial shipments of 100mt in containers, CIF Belawan Port (Medan) Indonesia, before entering into large orders.
Please note: we will not issue LOI, BCL or any other instrument that non-genuine sellers on the internet tend to require.
We are genuine buyers and because of the idiosyncrasies of purchasing via the internet will require sufficient proof that the seller is indeed also genuine and not wasting his time and ours.
We pay by non-transferable LC only and require SGS inspections.
OUR TERMS are......
1) Contact us with your offer , CIF Belawan Port (Medan) Indonesia, including inspection cost by SGS or others
2) We conduct due diligence and if accepted we will request a pro-forma invoice.
3) Seller issues a signed and company-stamp endorsed pro-forma invoice on company letter headed stationary. Note: we require one set sent by facsimile plus one set colour scanned and sent by email. The only alternative to this is original(s) sent by courier.
4) We will issue a draft LC from a major international bank for acceptance by the seller
5) When LC conforms to buyers & sellers requiements LC will be issued
6) Seller ships the goods and receives payment on presentation of relevant documents to their bank.
